How would you say does Geneva compare to Amstersam / The Netherlands? I guess the rules are followed more actively and there's a lot more bureaucracy? Is it possible to do a lot of the bureaucracy digitally or is it mainly offline through forms etc.?
Hi Miko! I have possibility to move to Basel. Do you know if to find a rental flat there is as difficult as in Zurich or Geneva?? Also, you don't look pretty happy about living there... did you find live better in Italy or in the Netherlands?? I'm living in Spain and the constant crisis enviroment and the situation of the country NEVER moving forward its depressing. Good place for holidays but to work here is a nightmare... and then it comes the point of incredibly high taxes in spain.
great video, thank you !
Ummm, households in the United States don't have "4-5 cars per household", lest they have incomes in the six-figure range (which is, only, about 20% of the households in the United States), and live outside of the (large) cities; and (sorry to dampen your spirit) I'm, absolutely, sure that's, also, not the case in eastern Europe. Otherwise, important/useful information/video (although the information is, pretty much, standard throughout Switzerland; but, at a personal level, Geneva is, indeed, my favourite French-speaking city).
I visited recently and the most shocking thing was the price of the McDonald’s 😂
My relatives live in Biel/Bienne....very nice place!Small town nice people!
As a person with adhd speaking French is like this for me:
Je suis… zones out what
Geneva can be very tricky even if you do speak French
Thank you very interesting. So a question: if finding an apartment takes 3 - 4 for months where do people (new people who came to Geneva) live all this time?
2. What is wrong with taking shower after 10 (pm) I didnt get this part what does it have to do with police? If I come from a night club and want to take a shower at 3 am how does this offense police? Really weird!
3. Not having laundry machines inside apartment? Jesus Christs. Are we sure we are talking about Switzwrland? (this would be virtually impossible to rent out the place without a laundry machine in a country where I come from).
Up the Swiss!!
Hi, anyone knows procedure to bring pets from Asia to Geneva?
The car will be scratched in many neighborhoods 😱 I thought Geneva was safe.
Hello from Berlin! Will be moving to Geneva soon!
