Porn Hub brought me here. Anyone else?
Ive been playing the Sterling for almost 2 years now. I Would never switch back to traditional length irons. Single length are just easier to be consistent with.
How would these suit the high handicapper?
did they mention about uk fitters? I cannot find one. really want to try these before upgrading to cobra. currently use cheaper sl irons
Would imagine they are at same price point as PXG. Will be interesting to see where the single length idea goes. I think 4-7 or 5-8 one length with regular length shorter makes more sense.
I have tried the Cobra single length and had a fitting by one of their people. I really felt the benefit of keeping the swing consistent from one club to another. The performance on a monitor was a bit better than my current ancient set in longitudinal and lateral dispersion. They would be a massive investment for me. So I am really thinking hard about what to buy.
I enjoy your channel mate. Quick question...when I watch a crossfield video for example YouTube recommends other golf related videos, but when I watch the buzzman it recommends videos of ladies with their norks out - what's that about?!
Hi Buzza, did you try to shape any shots with the Edel's especially the longer irons? Did you feel like you could hit any type of shot with them? Cheers
Sweet Intro Brah!
They look premium. I like them. Don't expect to be using graphite irons until my 60th birthday
ur volume always seems very low Buzza...u have a poor mic or do u set it up 300 yards away? i always have to turn my tv right up the music intro is normal volume but ur speech is very low....yes the big problem is the 4 irons and the fact the wedges are so long...I'm not sure these problems have been rectified by edel or anyone else.
Good review. I actually purchased the cobra single length clubs and find that I have reduced the amount of fat shots and seldom hit a thin shot anymore. distance is the same. I originally purchased the cast iron club king f7 but returned them for the much pricier king forged one length. I also purchased the 56* and 60* wedges and am enjoying the consistency. The Edele wedges seem like they would be more customizable with the weight adjustment tho.
they have even done a 3 iron in SL. look like players irons. I have some budget SL's called Pinhawk. Still undecided on whether I am converted or not
i got fit for the cobra king forged one length irons i love them!!!! the wedges are great after a few range sessions. You defiantly need to get fit though!
How thick is the topline? It seems to be quite thick in the press photos.
Nice and honest as always Buzza now I've listened to what you said I'm going to have to give them a go ⛳️🏌️
Good review info, would be keen to see what you make of them versus the King Forged One Length?
I really like the look. Wish you had video of you hitting them.
Hi Steve. Nice to hear you giving such a positive review on the single length iron issue. What I don't understand is that everybody talks about the difficulties they have with the longer shafted wedges. I'm 6 ft 7 and play off 12 and for years now I've had my wedges fitted with PW length shafts because I found it very uncomfortable to hit the shorter wedges. I find it very easy to hit my single length wedges and I have a smoother swing with them. Keep up the good work and enjoy your time in Thailand!
$2000 for a 5-SW EDEL set , $2450 for 3-SW , just a bit over priced ! Lets make sure we grow the game alright .
Looks like I'll go with a Sterling set , $925 for 5-SW , is a bit pricy still , but easier to manage !
