Join me as I give you an introduction of what a holiday looks like in Alcudia, Mallorca (Mallorca) in Spain. In this video, I’ll show you around the incredible Alcudia beach (Alcudia Playa) and then head down to Alcudia Port to give you an idea of what you can expect from a holiday in the resort. I’ll also show you what to do in Alcuida as well as what the beach area offers if you chose to stay in one of the many hotels in the area. There are so many activities on offer and things to do on Alcudia beach from pedalos, parasailing, sailing, windsurfing to paddle boarding. The beach also has various pick up points for excursions along the coast. Plus the beach has the added advantage of having so many bars and restaurants in the sand, with amazing sea views that you’ll think you’re in holiday paradise. I also include information about getting around Alcudia. Check the link below for the TIB bus timetable. I’ll then walk down to the bustling hub of Alcuida Port to check out the restaurants, the shops and the port itself. Heute steht der Markt in Alcúdia auf dem Programm. Anschließend erkunden wir die Stadt bevor wir weiterfahren auf die Halbinsel La Victoria zum Aussichtspunkt an der Ermita de la Victoria und später zum Skulpturenpark des Museo Sa Bassa Blanca. Anschließend machen wir einen Rundgang durch Alcúdia und besichtigen unter anderem die alte Stadtmauer, die begehbar ist, und die große Kirche in Alcúdia, die Església de Sant Jaume d'Alcúdia. Anschließend fahren wir weiter auf die Halbinsel La Victoria. Zuerst zur Ermita de la Victoria. Von dort hat man einen herrlichen Weitblick über die Bucht von Pollença. Und man kann dort Eis essen. ;-) Danach geht es weiter - quer über die Halbinsel La Victoria zum Museo La Bassa Blanca. Ein großzügig angelegter Skulpturenpark, Rosengarten, eine Kunstgalerie, ein Museum und noch mehr. Das Künstler- und Sammlerehepaar Yannick Vu und Ben Jakober haben hier seit Anfang der 1990er Jahre dieses Gesamtkunstwerk geschaffen. Dieses Video gehört zur Serie "Mallorca 2022". In this video, a guide to Alcudia Port at night Mallorca (Majorca), Spain, I'll show you around the main areas to find the best bars and restaurants. I'll also give you an idea of how much meals cost and how much you can expect to pay for a pint of beer, a glass of wine and how much cocktails cost along the seafront. I walk along Port d'Alcudia (Puerto Alcudia) waterfront, through Alcudia night market and over to the lookout to enjoy some great views across the port. If you're travelling with kids, I'll also show you where to find a few fairground rides and more market stalls.
