Recentemente tivémos várias notícias que mexeram com o mercado: - Vimos problemas no mercado de ações com as Lojas Americanas (AMER3) pedindo recuperação judicial; - Como consequência, vimos problemas no mercado de fundos imobiliários (vários fundos diretamente afetados pela americanas) - Em seguida o mercado de debêntures sofreu com várias debêntures desvalorizando e afetando os credores E, ao que tudo indica, chegou a hora dos CDBs sofrerem Eu digo isso porque acabou de sair a notícia de que não só uma, mas duas financeiras que quebraram: a BRK Financeira e a Portocred. Então vamos entender o que está acontecendo... O Banco Central decretou nesta quarta-feira a liquidação extrajudicial da BRK Financeira (uma instituição financeira que foi fundada lá em 2010) Segundo o presidente do BC, Roberto Campos Neto, a decisão foi tomada por 3 motivos: 1. Comprometimento patrimonial da instituição 2. As graves violações às normas legais que regulamentam o funcionamento da instituição 3. O risco anormal a que estão sujeitos os credores quirografários E quando nós estamos falando de bancos e instituições financeiras, existem 2 indicadores que medem justamente esses pontos: 1. Índice de Basileia 2. Índice de imobilização - O índice de basileia determina a relação entre o capital próprio da BRK e o capital de terceiros (captações) que será exposto a risco por meio da carteira de crédito. Exemplo: se um banco possui Índice de Basiléia de 20%, significa que, para cada R$ 100,00 emprestados, o banco possui patrimônio de R$ 20 O índice mínimo exigido pelo Banco Central do Brasil é 11 e, no caso da BRK, era 0,6% - sim, muito baixo. - Já o índice de imobilização determina a agilidade que o banco para usar seu patrimônio a fim de honrar seus compromissos Exemplo: se um banco possui Índice de Imobilização de 30%, significa que, a cada R$ 100,00 em seu patrimônio, R$ 30,00 estarão investidos em bens que não possuem uma liquidez imediata, ou seja: imóveis, veículos, materiais, etc O índice máximo tolerado pelo Banco Central do Brasil é 50%. No caso da BRK financeira, é de 71,6% - incrívelmente alto. Quais investimentos estão cobertos pelo FGC? Seu saldo na conta corrente; Depósitos na Poupança; CDB, LCI, LCA, LC RBD, LI, operações compromissadas Até qual valor estou coberto pelo FGC? Até 250 mil por cpf por instituição bancária. Ou seja, em uma única instituição você estará coberto até o máximo de 250 mil, mas você pode investir em outras instituições até 250 mil por cpf que estará coberto também. As contas conjuntas têm 2 cpf´s, mas não tem o dobro do valor... pelo contrário, a garantia é dividida pelo número de cpf´s... ou seja,250 mil dividido por 2, dando 125 mil por cpf. Importante! Estará coberto o valor aplicado mais os juros até o momento em que o Banco Central decreta a intervenção ou liquidação da Instituição, desde que respeite o limite de 250 mil. Em média o FGC levou 3 meses para começar a devolver o dinheiro das pessoas que tinham direito à garantia, porém nesse tempo o seu dinheiro não estará rendendo. Outro ponto importantíssimo é entender que o FGC não é o salvador da pátria, se houver a quebra de grandes instituições, ou vários bancos de pequeno porte, não haverá saldo para ressarcir todos, pois o saldo disponível no FGC é muito menor do que o volume total garantido. O que eu gostaria que ficasse claro com esse vídeo é que é interessante ter essa garantia do FGC, sim, entender como ela funciona, mas que também é necessário analisar de perto a saúde da instituição financeira que você irá investir para evitar aborrecimentos futuros. This week, we look at Next Level: Chinatown Fair's spiritual successor and a contemporary hotbed for NYC fighting game talent. After Chinatown Fair arcade closed in 2011, the ex-manager of the arcade, Henry Cen, knew that the FGC scene needed a new space for the community to keep the competition, the camaraderie, and the vibes alive. In came another humble home for the NYC FGC: Next Level, found in Brooklyn, New York, which quickly became a hotspot for community growth. Whether players wanted to compete in TEKKEN, Street Fighter, Soul Calibur, or anything in between, they had a home at Next Level and built a family together. We sat down with iconic players and community leaders who were there to help launch and grow this arcade — Joe "LI Joe" Ciaramelli, Arturo "Sabin" Sanchez, Laurence “HeIst” Gagnon, and 2019 Capcom Cup champion Derek “iDom” Ruffin — to learn more about the how Next Level became the modern arcade to take up the mantle of the legendary Chinatown Fair. Hear stories about how the arcade quickly became one of the community’s favorites, bringing together older and newer generations of fighting game players, and breeding champions like iDom. 🧠 Aprenda a investir comigo no Brasil e no mundo: 🤍 O Banco Central decretou a liquidação extrajudicial da BRK Financeira e da Portocred, duas financeiras que ofereciam CDBs no mercado de Renda Fixa. Na prática, isso significa que a BRK Financeira faliu. Da mesma forma, a Portocred quebrou e não vai poder honrar seus compromissos financeiros. O que vai acontecer com seus investimentos na BRK Financeira? Como usar o Fundo Garantidor de Crédito? Hoje, vamos entender o que aconteceu com a BRK Financeira e te mostrar o passo a passo para receber seu dinheiro de volta, pelo FGC. A BRK Financeira faliu? Há muito tempo a gente vinha comentando sobre o momento difícil que a BRK enfrentava. A empresa acumulava dívidas e passou a emitir cada vez mais títulos de Renda Fixa para cobrir o rombo. Por isso, a gente sempre alertava que os CDBs da BRK Financeira eram muito mais arriscados. Assim, estes títulos pagavam uma rentabilidade maior. Afinal, quanto maior o risco, maior o prêmio. Dessa forma, o investidor já deveria estar ciente de que a empresa poderia quebrar a qualquer momento. Acontece que, por fim, este dia chegou. Em 15 de fevereiro, o Banco Central decretou a liquidação extrajudicial da BRK Financeira. E, na prática, a empresa faliu! Na mesma data, também foram decretadas as liquidações da Portocred e da Nacional Valor (administradora de consórcios). Como funciona o Fundo Garantidor de Crédito (FGC)? Para casos como esses, em que bancos ou financeiras entram em default, existe a proteção do FGC para os investidores de Renda Fixa. Ou seja, o Fundo Garantidor de Crédito assegura a cobertura de até R$ 250 mil (limite de R$ 1 milhão por CPF) para quem compra um CDB ou uma LCI e LCA emitidos por instituições financeiras. A BRK Financeira tinha um total de 15 CDBs ativos, quase todos atrelados ao CDI – apenas um deles tinha rentabilidade indexada à inflação (IPCA). Ou seja, os investidores que tinham comprado estes títulos devem, agora, solicitar o reembolso ao FGC. BRK faliu - como receber o reembolso do FGC? O procedimento para receber o reembolso dos valores investidos nos CDBs da BRK Financeira começa pela instalação do aplicativo do FGC. Depois de baixar o aplicativo, é preciso fazer um cadastro para ter acesso ao valor aplicado. Na tela inicial, já existe um link que detalha as regras e condições para receber o reembolso referente à BRK Financeira. Depois de fazer todo o procedimento, é preciso aguardar alguns dias para que o valor seja depositado na sua conta corrente. Por que as financeiras pegam dinheiro emprestado? Casos como o da BRK Financeira não são muito frequentes, mas também não são raros. Existem centenas de instituições financeiras que oferecem crédito, no Brasil. E várias delas também emitem títulos de renda fixa, como os CDBs, para levantar capital. O dinheiro que essas empresas captam, dos investidores, acaba ajudando a manter o funcionamento operacional e a oferta de crédito no mercado. Por outro lado, contudo, isso significa que os bancos e financeiras que emitem os títulos de dívida estão ficando mais alavancados e, em alguns casos, acabam se tornando insolventes. Que lição a BRK Financeira nos deixa? A maior lição que a falência da BRK e de outras instituições do ramo deixa, para o investidor, diz respeito à atenção que ele deve ter ao investir, mesmo se tratando de Renda Fixa. O mais importante é sempre respeitar os limites de cobertura do FGC e, claro, analisar bem os emissores dos CDBs, LCIs, LCAs e outros títulos. Se a empresa não está financeiramente saudável e oferece uma rentabilidade muito acima do mercado, é bom ficar de orelha em pé. Este tipo de escolha só faz sentido se você aceitar o risco e o aporte estiver em conformidade com sua estratégia de investimentos. Assim, você fica numa situação mais confortável, mesmo se aquela empresa acabar fechando as portas e você precise recorrer ao FGC. E você, tem CDB da BRK Financeira na carteira?
