Fly fishing for native Rio Grande Cutthroat on Pole Creek in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado. Access to Pole Creek is by the Stony Pass Trail. We drove this trail from east to west finishing in Silverton Co. This is a fairly easy trail for a stock or lightly modified 4wd. Would not attempt in anything less capable. We weren't able to stay long due to an incoming storm but were able to catch a few decent Cutthroat. Unfortunately some of the fishing footage had it's quality reduced when transferring files.

First attempt to get home this day. Bridge and road were flooded by 4 Pole Creek. Never seen it this bad in Huntington before in my 38 years living out here. Pray for those affected! The creek was as wide as the ohio river on a normal day I would guess.
