Investigative journalist Anthony Summers, interviews a Cuban exile who claims a second gunman may have been involved in the assassination of President Kennedy. For 50 years, since the assassination of John F Kennedy on November 22 1963, there has been a persistent belief that more than one gunman may have been at work in Dallas that day, possibly shooting at the president from the front, rather than the rear, as Lee Harvey Oswald is alleged to have done. Now, for the first time, a name has emerged for candidate of 'second trigger'. In this exclusive video interview, aired by the Telegraph for the first time, the investigative journalist Anthony Summers, author of Not in Your Lifetime, a study of the JFK assassination, reveals that the second gunman may have been a Cuban called Herminio Diaz Garcia. Shortly before his death, 81-year-old Reinaldo Martinez Gomez, a Cuban exile living in Florida, spoke to Summers about his friend Diaz, a Cuban anti-Castro fighter, sometime employee of the American Mafia and seasoned political assassin. He describes how Diaz admitted his "participation" in Kennedy's death to another man in 1966 while preparing for a commando-style attack on Castro that was to result in his own death. In order for the LEARNFROMMASTERS project to continue its activity, YOUR KIND SUPPORT IS REQUIRED: PATREON: 🤍 PAYPAL: 🤍 - Lucien Lévy-Dhurmer: A collection of 151 works (HD) *UPDATE (added over 100 new artworks than previous video) Description: "Lucien Lévy began his artistic career as a lithographer and decorator, and was the head of a decorative stoneware factory in Golfe-Juan. Trained at the Ecole Superieure de Dessin et Sculpture in Paris, he exhibited infrequently at the Paris Salons, and it was not until 1895, following a visit to Italy, that he began to take up painting seriously. His first exhibition, at the Galerie Georges Petit in Paris in 1896, was comprised mainly of pastels and a handful of paintings, and revealed the artist as a painter of mythical scenes and portraits, a vein he was to continue in throughout his career. (It was also at the time of the 1896 exhibition that he adopted the name Lévy-Dhurmer, adding part of his mother’s surname to his own.) An exhibition of his work in 1899 added to his reputation, and the following year he won a bronze medal at the Exposition Universelle. Soon established as a fashionable portrait painter, Lévy-Dhurmer also painted landscapes and decorative mural schemes; one such set of wall paintings, painted between 1910 and 1914 for a dining room in a Parisian home, is today installed in The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. In later years, he produced works inspired by the music of composers such as Debussy, Beethoven and Fauré. He travelled extensively throughout Europe, making numerous trips to Italy and also visiting Spain, Holland, North Africa and Turkey, while in France he worked in Brittany, the Savoie, Alsace, the Vosges and the Côte d’Azur, as well as around Versailles. He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français, the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts and the Salon d’Automne, and mounted a number of one-man shows throughout his career. A retrospective exhibition of his work was held at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 1952, the year before his death. Lévy-Dhurmer had a penchant for the medium of pastel, with which he was able to achieve striking chromatic effects. Indeed, he had a distinct preference for the medium, using it for portraits, allegorical scenes and landscapes, all of which he exhibited regularly at the Salon des Pastellistes Français between 1897 and 1913. It was in reference to such pastels that one contemporary critic, in one of the first accounts of the artist’s work to appear in an English publication, described Lévy-Dhurmer’s paintings as ‘the manifestation of one of the most remarkable figures in the art world of to-day. For here we have something more than promise. This is the work of an artist in full possession of style and method, master of himself and of his art.’ A modern scholar has reserved particular praise for Levy-Dhurmer’s pastels; ‘Here indeed, is unquestionably the Symbolist painter who shows the most brilliant mastery of pastel…his pastels strike us with the perfection of their execution and the originality of his inspiration.’ " - MUSIC: Chris Zabriskie - There's Probably No Time There's Probably No Time by Chris Zabriskie is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (🤍 Source: 🤍 Artist: 🤍 SUBSCRIBE: 🤍youtube.com/c/LearnFromMasters?sub_confirmation=1 Facebook: 🤍 Instagram: 🤍 Contact: LearnFromMasters01🤍gmail.com LIST OF ARTISTS already posted on LearnFromMasters: 🤍 - Thank you so much for your support! #LearnFromMasters #FrenchPainter #SymbolistMovement #OnlineArtGallery #CollectionOfPaintings #ArtHistory #LucienLevyDhurmer

Lucien René Mignon (1865-1944) is a French painter, illustrator, lithographer and pastellist, who was one of the first pupils and disciples of Pierre-Auguste Renoir. Born September 13, 1865 in Château-Gontier, Lucien Mignon attended the School of Fine Arts in Angers. He left for Paris and became a pupil of Jean-Léon Gérôme at the School of Fine Arts in Paris where he was admitted in 1886. He exhibited at the Salon of French Artists in 1889 a painting entitled Une flânerie sentimentale. He then exhibited with the National Society of Fine Arts (SNBA) from 1895 drawings and paintings of landscapes inspired by Angers; he lived at that time in Paris at 79 rue Dulong. In 1898, at this same salon, he exhibited three canvases, including landscapes inspired by Fontainebleau. In 1902, he divided his time between rue du Cardinal Lemoine in Paris and Montigny-sur-Loing, which inspired him with landscapes that he exhibited at the SNBA of which he was a member. In 1908, he presented La Liseuse there for his last exhibition at this salon before the war was in 1910. He worked for the publisher Édouard Pelletan, who exhibited his work (February 1896)5. Around 1909, he left the Fifth arrondissement of Paris and settled in Cagnes-sur-Mer, producing Provençal landscapes and motifs; he became close to Auguste Renoir, whose portrait he painted in 1913. Mignon's style is very close to that of Renoir, and his so-called "Ingres" period. From this period dates Peaches and Green Almonds, a painting exhibited at the Musée d'Orsay. In the 1920s, he continued to exhibit at the SNBA. He has also done commissioned work for the Ministry of Public Works related to historic buildings. Married, he had a son, René, who married in 1925 Jacqueline Proust, the daughter of the painter and decorator Maurice Proust (1867-1944), who was very close to Lucien. He died at his home in the 7th arrondissement of Paris on March 13, 1944. In October 1919, shortly before Renoir's death, an American gallery owner, Mr. Miller, acquired drawings by Mignon signed by him. A few months later, 130 drawings by Mignon appear on the American market, but... with Renoir's signature. The fraudulent sale took place in New York in the name of a supposed "Baroness Zimmermann", who died in 1918. It took the intervention of experts like Charles Lewis Hind and Joseph Pennell to demonstrate the scam: the baroness did not exist , and the drawings were of Mignon, which had not asked for anything

What happens when we realise that we never became everything we intended to? Expect a dramatic premiere from Carte Blanche at the Bergen International Festival. 'Our visions of the future and the present are nothing but fiction. The confrontation between before and now is hopeless', says choreographer Alan Lucien Øyen, who started his career as a dancer with Carte Blanche. Now he is looking forward to returning and having fun with the full ensemble. Whether in theatre or dance, Alan Lucien Øyen moves within a universe of multimedia, inspired by popular culture, documentary material and a variety of art forms. His productions are often described as highly emotional. After one of his recent performances, the Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten wrote: 'Alan Lucien Øyen is unquestionably a star on the Norwegian stage art sky.' His complex choreography requires technical expertise of performers, and the dancers at Carte Blanche, the Norwegian national company of contemporary dance, are more than up to the task. Many will recall their fascinating performance from the 2011 Bergen International Festival, Corps de Walk, which they have taken on tour at home and abroad over the last year. "I am waiting patiently for a plane crash, for a road accident I can sit for hours at the window and hope someone will drive off the road."
