Krasnodar is the largest city and capital of Krasnodar Krai by population and the second-largest by area. It is the 17th-largest city in Russia as of 2010. It is located on the right bank of the Kuban River. It is 1300 km south of the Russian capital, Moscow. The Black Sea is lies 120 km to the west. Krasnodar is the sixteenth-largest city in Russia, and the second-largest city in Southern Russia. The city originated in 1793 as a fortress built by the Cossacks, and became a trading center for southern Russia. The city sustained heavy damage in World War II but was rebuilt and renovated after the war. Krasnodar is a major economic hub in southern Russia. In 2012, Forbes named Krasnodar the best city for business in Russia.[18] Krasnodar is home to numerous sights, including Krasnodar Stadium. Its main airport is Krasnodar International Airport. The Yubileiny microdistrict is considered one of the best districts of Krasnodar, which is located in the southwestern part of the city on the banks of the Kuban River. The main streets are Chekistov Avenue and 70 Let Oktyabrya. The attractions of the Jubilee microdistrict include Platanovy Boulevard, where you can take a leisurely stroll along the well-groomed trees. Also the hallmark of the Yubileiny is the ennobled Rozhdestvenskaya embankment of the Kuban River. Os dejo la receta a continuación por si lo queréis cocinar: Ingredientes: Harina de trigo - 500 gramos; Huevo de gallina - 2 Agua - 100 ml; Leche - 100 ml; Aceite de girasol - 1 cucharada; Sal - ½ cucharadita; Cerdo graso - 300 gramos; Carne de res magra - 300 gramos; Cebollas - 1 cabeza; Ajo - 2 dientes; Se agrega pimienta negra y sal a la carne picada al gusto. Método de cocinar: Tamizar la harina sobre la mesa un par de veces. Hacemos una depresión en la colina; Mezcle los huevos con agua, leche y sal; Vierta la mezcla resultante en la ranura; Tomamos la harina de los bordes al medio y amamos la masa apretada; Cuanto más amasemos la base, mejor. Envolvemos la masa con film transparente y la metemos en el frigorífico durante 30-60 minutos. En este momento, comencemos a cocinar carne picada; Lavamos la carne con agua corriente, la secamos con una toalla de papel, la cortamos en trozos con un lado de 5 cm; Picar la cebolla, pelar el ajo; Enviamos trozos de cerdo, ternera, cebolla y ajo a la picadora de carne uno por uno; Mezclar bien la carne picada con una cuchara, agregar sal y pimienta, especias y volver a pasar por una picadora de carne; Sacamos la masa, la enrollamos en una capa fina y usamos un vaso para hacer espacios en blanco redondos; Coloque la carne picada en el centro de cada pieza de trabajo; Hacemos bolas de masa, como se indicó anteriormente; Hierva el agua en una cacerola, agregue un poco de sal, aceite vegetal, especias; Enviamos nuestras albóndigas al caldo hirviendo; Cocine hasta que esté tierno.
