Timun jepang atau kyuri adalah sejenis mentimun yang masuk ke dalam jenis sayuran. Tanaman yang satu ini mulai banyak dibudidayakan di dataran tinggi Jawa Barat seperti halnya di lembang Bandung dan juga Cianjur. Timun Jepang yang satu ini sama seperti jenis timun lainnya yang bagus untuk ditanam pada ketinggian 200 sampai dengan 400 meter dari permukaan tanah. Bentuk dari kyuri adalah memanjat atau menjalar dengan ketinggian tanaman bisa lebih dari 2 meter. Bentuk buah dari kyuri adalah lonjong jika dibandingkan dengan buah timun lokal. Warna dari kyuri juga lebih berwarna hijau pekat. Perbedaan lainnya yang bisa ditemukan pada timun Jepang yang satu ini dengan timun lokal adalah rasa timun lokal yang terasa segar dan sedikit pahit pada bagian ujung buahnya. Sedangkan kyuri memiliki rasa yang manis dan lebih renyah saat disantap. Dengan rasa renyah dan manisnya tersebut, maka tidak heran jika sayuran yang satu ini seringkali dijadikan sebagai campuran dalam beberapa olahan masakan. Harga dari timun ini juga lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan jenis timun lokal. Jika tertarik, Anda bisa membuat timun kyuri menjadi asinan atau dibuat acar. Sayuran yang satu ini juga kaya akan nutrisi seperti vitamin A yang cukup banyak untuk bagian kulitnya. Terdapat pula kandungan berupa vitamin C dan juga vitamin B. CAH KYURI TELUR UDANG Resep by Rudy Choirudin Bahan 1 : • 4 sendok makan Minyak Goreng • 3 siung Bawang Putih, digeprek • 75 gram Udang Cincang • 2 buah Cabe Merah, dirajang serong Bahan 2 (dicampur rata) : • 1 sendok makan Kecap Asin • 1 sendok makan Saus Tiram • 1 sendok makan Minyak Wijen Bahan 3 (dicampur rata) : • 1/4 sendok teh Garam • 1 sendok teh Gula Pasir • 1/2 sendok teh Ladaku Merica Bubuk Bahan 4 : • 2 butir Telur • 250 gram Kyuri (Timun Jepang), dipotong dadu • 50 ml Air • 1 sendok teh Tepung Tapioka dilarutkan dengan 2 sendok makan Air Cara Memasak : 1. Campur garam, gula dan Ladaku Merica Bubuk, aduk rata dan sisihkan. 2. Campur kecap asin, saus tiram dan minyak wijen, aduk rata dan sisihkan. 3. Tumis bawang putih dengan api besar hingga kekuningan. 4. Masukkan 2 butir telur, orak-arik agak besar. 5. Masukkan udang cincang dan cabe merah, aduk sesaat. 6. Masukkan campuran kecap beserta campuran garam, gula dan Ladaku Merica Bubuk, aduk cepat. 7. Masukkan kyuri/timun jepang, aduk cepat sambil tuangkan air, masak hingga mendidih. 8. 규리(Kyuri) 1st. EP [Open The Door] 2022년 11월 28일, 19살 규리가 첫 번째 미니앨범을 발매하며 싱어송라이터로서 본격적인 시동을 걸고 출발한다. 2022년 11월 13일, 제33회 유재하 음악경연대회 옴니버스 음반에 규리의 자작곡 ‘사막’이 수록된 지 얼마 안돼 연이어지는 행보이다. 총 5곡이 담겨 있는데 5곡의 작사, 작곡, 편곡 모두 규리가 했으며 일렉.기타 등 세션 기타를 제외한 키보드, 미디 프로그래밍, 코러스 등 프로젝트의 모든 트랙들 또한 규리가 컨트롤하고 연주했다. 여느 소녀들처럼 유치원 시절 디즈니 애니메이션을 애정했던 규리. 특히 ‘인어공주’를 가장 좋아해서 노래가 나올 때는 집중해 경청하더니 어느 날 급기야 ‘Part of your world’를 스스로 익혀 불렀고, 언젠가부터 가요나 팝을 악보도 없이 코드도 모르면서 피아노로 치고 노래하다가 이따금 어설픈 작곡을 하기도 했는데 아마 이맘때 꿈의 씨앗이 뿌려진 것 같다. 꿈나무 규리에게 일생일대의 뜻밖의 빅 이벤트 세가지 선물이 찾아왔다 12살 때 ‘뜻밖의 만남’을 통한 양희은의 ‘엄마가 딸에게’ 피처링 18살 때 만난 뜻밖의 인연으로 2022년 드라마 '우리는 오늘부터‘ ‘Woori Acapella’ 피처링 19살 때 뜻밖의 유재하 음악경연대회 금상 및 CJ문화재단상 수상과 솔로 가수 데뷔 규리가 싱어송라이터로서의 대장정을 시작함에 있어 정말 소중한 뜻밖의 만남과 인연들이 규리의 음악 씨앗이 싹을 틔워 형태를 갖출 수 있게 해가 되고 물이 되고 바람이 되어 주었다. 너무 감사하고 또 감사해 그분들을 여기에 기록한다!!!
