Cons with the flight: - Wi-Fi was not working (Even though it should have been). - The middle seat is NOT blocked even though this is "Business Class".

Scandinavian Airlines trip report flying from Copenhagen to Stockholm and continued the day after to Miami Florida. We the Europeans were allowed to enter the US again in the beginning of November and to do this we had to be fully vaccinated and present a negative antigen Covid test done 24 hours before departure. We were flying in SAS Plus (business economy) and the trip was paid with SAS eurobonus points. We did this trip in early December 2021. For me it was exactly 40 years since my last trip to Miami and for my wife it was her first visit to Florida. It was nice to be back, a little bit more crowded now compared to my last visit here. Trip report flying from Copenhagen to Los Angeles with SAS. We stayed the night in Clarion Hotel at Copenhagen Airport and in the morning continued to Los Angeles. There is also a quick review of the Eventyr Lounge in Terminal C. SAS moved this route from Stockholm to Copenhagen in Januari 2020 but CPH -LAX has been operated before by SAS. I start with a visit to the recently upgraded SAS Gold Lounge at Copenhagen Kastrup Airport. The lounge is quite big, with a whole new dining area, all-day barista, relaxation rooms, meeting rooms, phone booths, guest offices, and even a light room! After snacking a bit at the Lounge, I went through passport control (YES, the lounge is BEFORE passport control, so if you have a tight connection make sure to check how many people are queuing for passport control, otherwise you might lose your flight! The assigned gate was C37 and SAS was hosting a welcome reception and event at 14:00 at the gate. SAS sent an SMS message to all passengers the day before with the invitation to this event, so I wanted to cover it! There was food, drinks (refreshments and beer), and SAS and CPH executives gave a speech regarding the Boarding was smooth. Occupancy was about 50%, so it was relatively quick. After takeoff the service was EXCELLENT. Welcome bags were waiting for us already at the seat. The crew was very friendly and kind. Seats were comfortable, with nice footrest and recline, big entertainment screen, and power outlets. The food was amazing (some people might consider it bland, but it was very well prepared!). Wifi onboard was on-trials so it took a while until the crew is available. Returning home from Miami MIA to Stockholm Arlanda ARN but now in an Airbus 350. Again, we fly in in SAS Plus (Premium Economy). The Airbus 350 is a beautiful aircraft and a silent one. The seats are amazingly comfortable in SAS Plus but one thing we are not so fond of is the configurations of seats (3-3-3 in economy and 2-4-2 in SAS Plus). After a difficult summer which included a 2-week strike and filing for Chapter 11, SAS finally appear to be getting back on track - join me as I fly with them from Oslo (Norway) to Bologna (Italy) via Copenhagen (Denmark) in SAS Plus. While still a decent Premium Economy / Business Class hybrid product, I did notice some cost cutting as far as the food is concerned. Most notably, the food at the CPH lounge was quite bland, as was the meal on the second flight. Join me as I fly SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) from Stockholm to Tromsø in the far north of Norway, via Oslo. Along the way in this trip report and flight review we get some very snowy weather in Stockholm and Oslo, a look at the beautiful Oslo Gardermoen Airport and the SAS domestic lounge there, a couple of solid de-icing sessions, and finally scenery unlike any I’ve ever seen on landing into Tromsø, with clear skies and a bright moon illuminating marshmallowy mountains below. Really incredible! This is also the furthest north I’ve ever traveled on this planet (69.6492° N). SAS Plus service is kind of a joke, and we got delayed on both flights, but this was still a trip to remember! Trip report from Scandinavian Airlines domestic business class (SAS plus). CRJ-900. SAS has nice crew and a nice cabin, but something else felt off this day. On this flight I was flying a Bombardier CRJ-900 with Scendinavian Airlines (SAS) from Malmö Airport to Stockholm Arlanda. A good opportunity for me to try the Business Class flight domestic in Sweden, and to see how it compares to other short haul flights in Business Class. Let's experience the SAS with Premium Economy Service from Tromso to Oslo. The advantage of small airports is that you can get anywhere quickly. Unfortunately, at the same time, the disadvantage is that there are often no lounges, i.e. the stay is not that comfortable. That's just how it is in Tromso. I find the airline very likeable, but at the same time it's not so great to market a product where the middle seat isn't blocked but to charge a high price. The service was very good and what was in the box was delicious. I flew Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) Plus on this medium haul trip from Split (SPU) in Croatia to Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) in Sweden on August 16, 2017. SAS Plus is their slightly more expensive ticket. This includes extra baggage, faster security check (where available), access to the lounge (where available), priority boarding, seat at the front of the cabin, as well as meal and drinks. In Split there is no (faster security check and with a SAS ticket you also have no access to the lounge. SAS has terminated the lounge agreement at this airport. The video shows parts of the departure hall, boarding, take off, nice views of the Spit area as well as a review of food and drink. In January 2020 I had the chance to try the SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) Business Class on one of their European Routes, aboard their brand new Airbus A320 NEO. Especially the last part of the flight was an amazing experience, however, I am not entirely sure if I was actually flying business class, since SAS follows a different concept of booking classes it seems. In this short review, we take a look at the “SAS Plus” offering on a flight between Oslo and Copenhagen on board a Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Scandinavian Airlines divides the aircraft cabin into “SAS Go” (economy class) and “SAS Plus” (premium economy or euro-business class) on its intra-European routes. While SAS Plus costs a bit more, there are several perks included in the fare that make the travel experience more comfortable and efficient. We take the Flytoget airport train to get from Oslo Sentral to Gardermoen airport. After arriving at the airport terminal, we use the self-service kiosk/baggage drop station, before accessing the “fast track” security that SAS Plus travelers are entitled to. The SAS Plus fare also permits access to the SAS Lounge before the flight, and priority boarding privileges when it comes time to board. Furthermore, the SAS Plus cabin is located towards the front of the aircraft which makes disembarking easier. The seat comfort between SAS Plus and SAS Go is no different, but SAS Plus guests do get a dedicated toilet at the front of the aircraft. Moreover, SAS Plus passengers are given a complimentary snack and drink selection during the flight, while SAS Go passengers need to pay extra for such refreshments. Is SAS Plus worth it?
